Studio is where you work

Everything you run on Venued happens in Studio, at venued.eu/studio. You sign in with your email address and a code we send you. There is no password to remember or lose.

The public side of Venued, where people find and book what you publish, is venued.eu.

An account for you, an account for your business

These are deliberately separate, because they answer different questions and can change hands independently.

• Your account is how you sign in: your email address, your phone number, your name. It is yours and it moves with you.
• Your business account is what the public sees: the name, the logo, the page, the payout details. You can belong to more than one, and you switch between them from the menu at the top right.

A business account is one of three kinds: an organiser who runs events, a venue that hosts them, or a professional who works at them. The kind decides which parts of Studio you see.

What Venued needs before you can publish

You can create an account and draft an event straight away. Publishing asks for one more thing: a verified phone number on the account of the person pressing publish.

Any teammate with a verified phone number can publish on the organisation’s behalf, so this never blocks a team. Add or change your number under your own account settings.

We ask for it because a published event is a public commitment that people make plans around, and sometimes money changes hands against it. A reachable organiser is the cheapest guarantee we can ask for.

Bringing other people in

Invite colleagues from the Team page. An invite is sent to an email address and grants a set of roles rather than one job title: somebody can run your events and work the door, and you tick both.

An invite link expires, and you can take it back before it is accepted. Changing what somebody can do takes effect the next time they sign in.
